WACUHO Mourns Dr. terry piper

WACUHO mourns the loss of Dr. Terry Piper, Vice President for Student Affairs at California State University, Northridge.  Dr. Piper passed away May 14, 2010, after battling melanoma for several months.  He was active in WACUHO in the 1990’s when he served as Director of Residential Life at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and chaired the WACUHO Annual Conference in 1996.  He was also an active ACPA and ACUHO-I member, receiving several national awards for his service to the student affairs and housing professions.  More information about Dr. Piper’s life and distinguished service is available at http://blogs.csun.edu/news/2010/05/terry-piper/
