Institutional Membership

It’s WACUHO Membership Renewal Time!
On behalf of the Western Association of College and University Housing Officer’s Executive Committee, I would like to invite you to renew or consider initiating a new membership with WACUHO for the 2011-2012 year.  We are managing our membership through Reg-Online for this first time this year, so the process for membership is different.  We prefer check payments for membership and conference registration fees, but payment may also be made with a credit card through a secure payment portal.  By clicking on the link below, you may renew or establish your membership.  As the CHO, you may delegate this task by simply forwarding this message.

Once Membership is Confirmed, Update your Staff Information in our WACUHO Database
Once your membership has been renewed or established, you’ll be notified by our Tech Coordinator, Chris Williams, to provide information about how to update our WACUHO member database.  This database contains names, contact information, and areas of professional interest for staff members at member institutions.  Keeping this database updated allows us to provide better communication with our members about conferences and programs in which they may have interest.

WACUHO’s Purpose
WACUHO is dedicated to supporting regional campuses in providing exceptional collegiate residential experiences by promoting meaningful connections and providing innovative, relevant professional development and services to our members.   Membership in WACUHO provides access to all functions and conferences of the association at a discounted member price.  Additionally, each registered member of your institution will have access to the WACUHO Membership Directory and quarterly editions of the WACUHO newsletter “WAVES.”  Your institutional membership supports WACUHO’s continuing efforts to produce quality programs, provide incentives and scholarships for participation in WACUHO programs, and to acknowledge outstanding achievement and potential through regional awards.  To achieve these aims, your institutional membership supports our nearly 30 committees and task forces in addressing the needs and issues of our profession, including:
