Last Years Executive Board Major Accomplishments

  • Past presidents or SHO (Possible resume review / informal interviews / competency development)- this was built into the annual conference not necessarily e-board

  • Created a database of who works where - this is internal and would need to be updated yearly

  • Created a “new to region” button on the webpage

  • Welcome letter/one pager

  • Virtual Engagement: Development Sessions

  • Reviewed / Updated position descriptions of executive board (updated in leadership manual)

  • Treasurer-Elect Position \Roll over the transition period for executive positions 

  • Re-Imagined MALs- from regional base to functional base (Engagement and Outreach, Professional Development, Student Development)

  • Creation of and re-vitalizing of committees

  • Updated leadership manual
