Getting Involved

We have several committees based on different interests or identity intersections. Explore our committees page to learn more about each one. You can engage with a committee as a general body member or as part of the committee!

Committee Members

As a committee member, create goals for what the committee will accomplish, plan and market activities for the members of the WACUHO, and provide opportunities for members to connect with one another. This is a great way to dive deeper into WACUHO, our committee’s, and a great experience to add to your skill sets. To sign up to be a committee member: join via the committee sign up form and select member

Committee Chairs

Many of our committee members apply to chair committees after a year or two of experience with the committee. This is a great way to learn about the inner workings of committee and members while also boosting your leadership skills. To sign up to be a committee member: join via the committee sign up form and select chair

Executive Board

The Executive Board leads WACUHO’s committees and volunteers. Elections are held annually at the Annual Business Meeting during WACE. Members of all experience levels are encouraged to run and shape WACUHO’s future. Express your interest or nominate others through the nominations form (Coming soon!)
