The Business Operations, Conference Services, and Food Services Committee brings together professionals responsible for the operational functions that support campus housing. Members share resources and best practices related to budgeting, occupancy and billing, contracts and vendors, summer conferences, guest services, dining and catering, and other administrative systems. Through networking, workshops, roundtables, and conference programs, the committee helps institutions improve efficiency, service quality, collaboration, and the experience of residents and conference guests.
