The Small Schools / Private Schools Committee creates a dedicated network for professionals at smaller and private institutions, where staffing structures, budgets, governance, campus culture, and residential operations may differ from those at larger public campuses. Members exchange adaptable practices, resources, and peer support; identify shared needs; and develop programs or discussions that elevate the perspectives of smaller institutions within WACUHO. The committee also encourages participation, collaboration, and representation in association programs and leadership.
