The Student Development Committee provides leadership and guidance for programs that support student leaders and paraprofessional staff in housing and residential life. The committee develops leadership panels, career-readiness workshops, networking opportunities, mentorship initiatives, and other learning experiences that foster personal and professional growth. It also shares resources with WACUHO members, promotes opportunities available to student leaders across the region, and advocates for student needs and meaningful participation in professional spaces.
