The Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Committee supports effective and equitable recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention practices across housing and residential life. Members share position-development tools, outreach strategies, interview and selection resources, candidate-experience practices, and approaches for building and retaining a diverse workforce. The committee creates opportunities for members to learn from one another and strengthens regional pipelines for graduate, entry-level, mid-level, and leadership positions.
